Interesting that the Sac bees artical does not talk about the corps of engineers, it seems to be trying to paint prop owners as the 1%, Makes eminent domain so much easier. Do you folks have regular meeting? I ask because I live on the Feather River and am facing Eminent Domain on my property because of changes from the Corps, Post Katrina . would be interested in how you set up your association to see if it might work for our area.
